As a young boy from El Salvador, I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and spent half my life playing soccer both nationally and internationally. At 17, I achieved the incredible milestone of winning the U.S. Under-19 National Cup. Beginning at age 14, under my father's guidance, I was fortunate to learn from legendary speakers like Zig Ziglar, Bob Crisp, Tony Robbins, Dexter Yeager, and other influential figures who have graced the stage. Their teachings stayed with me, even during the toughest of times.
At 18, I faced a challenging chapter, finding myself homeless and sleeping in my car and motel rooms. However, I never lost sight of the invaluable lessons those speakers instilled in me, especially the mantra, "If it's going to be, it's up to me."
Today, I am blessed with a wonderful family of six, including my beautiful wife Amy and four grown children. My educational journey spanned nine years, during which I studied International Business from the University of Denver, Sports Coaching and Education from Xavier University, Psychology from the Columbia College of Psychology, and a master's in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in Finance and Insurance, serving as a stockbroker for Morgan Stanley and later as an independent insurance agent in sales. Additionally, I've had the privilege of coaching major restaurant chains and financial institutions across California and Utah. I now dedicate my time to sales, developing curriculum, and occasionally speaking at events.
My family and I currently reside in Utah, embracing the meaningful life we've built together.
